Yin Yoga Workshop
Trade the hectic pace of life for clarity, focus and calm! This two-hour workshop will introduce you to the benefits of Yin yoga on the physical, mental and energetic body. Yin is a complementary yoga practice to themore dynamic and invigorating yoga styles that are predominant today. You will learn the what, why and how of yin and enjoy a yin practice using blankets, blocks and other props to support your body. In Yin, seated and other floor postures are held passively for 3-5 minutes to unlock the deeper layers of connective tissue in the body. Physically and energetically, yin yoga opens the body and mind for optimum flow, releasing tension and encouraging relaxation. This practice is appropriate for all levels and no experience is necessary. Come celebrate yourself and reduce stress, recharge your inner batteries and unleash your spirit.
