Wellness Wednesday: Foot to Hip
Learn how to keep your body moving pain free! In this class, you will learn self care practices to loosen up the feet and legs to keep that area of the body mobile and happy. Led by Fitsom Studios This class is designed with seniors in mind, but open to everyone. Poses will be performed on the ground with modifications available. Please provide your own yoga mat. Yoga mats are available for purchase in the store. Wear comfortable clothing. If you have a yoga block and/or lacrosse or tennis ball, bring that as well. Cancellation Policy: Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable with less than 48 hours notice Complimentary parking is available for students in the Co-ops parking garage at 28th & S streets. Please do not park in the lot in front of the store.
