Wednesday, May 1, 2019, 9:30 PM

This Residential Retreat Wise and Compassionate Living: Dharma and Qigong for Challenging Times with Teja Bell This silent retreat is an immersion into well-being and sanity through the gifts of Dharma and Radiant Heart Qigong. This is an enlivening practice of wisdom through the direct experience of our true nature. This is the essential lucidity of the teachings of the Dharma that embrace the wisdom of compassion and the value of Loving Awareness ~ Metta. We will connect with the practices that bring about embodied presence through centered and grounded skill. Teja holds the space of safety, wholeness, and well-being as we learn to align with the deepest values of our lives and embody them in the world: Each day will include contemplative practice and restorative qigong, with periods of sitting, walking, and meditation. Meditation instructions are offered each day, along with time for questions and inquiry. Teja will offer daily dharma talks that support the themes of the retreat.  Registration Fee - Deadline to Register is April 18th Cost: Supporting (paying to support the cost of the retreat to SBMG and support scholarships) -- $465 Sustaining  (paying for the retreat at cost) -- $400 Supported (paying slightly below cost) -- $365 Choose the highest level of the sliding scale that you can afford.
